  After my mother collapsed due to subarachnoid hemorrhage, she underwent surgery at this hospital and her life was saved. I believe that this hospital provided the foundation for my subsequent life.   Although it is a large and famous hospital, I felt that they did not care for the patients and their families. Furthermore, there are some doctors and staff members who are arrogant and disrespectful (make fun of) patients and their families just because they work for a large hospital. Even though I'm an amateur...As someone who lives in Fukuyama, I'm very disappointed. I would like to see this changed as an organization.

  The lady wearing glasses at the reception desk on the 5th floor is unfriendly and not suitable for reception. You should work behind the scenes. Perhaps because the doctor was busy, the whole family was surprised by the patient's upsetting words. The Gamma Knife hand is reliable, but it gives the impression that it's a little scary (by the teacher). And again, talking about the 5th floor, when my grandfather leaked a little urine on the bed, the nurse said, ``Well, I've been busy since you leaked again.'' Or a caregiver? It felt like something had been said to me, and I felt angry. Other than that, the nurses and people at the rehabilitation center were kind. However, there seemed to be a limited number of hospital beds, so I was surprised to be discharged even though I was not in a condition to be discharged! It can't be helped that there aren't enough hospital beds. . . . Well, I guess it can't be helped. . . Also, while I was talking to the teacher, the person behind me, who looked like an assistant, was printing things out over and over again (in the same private room) and it was so loud that it was hard to hear what the teacher was saying. If you are an elderly person, it may be even more difficult to hear.
