::Personally, I think this is the No. 1 seafood izakaya. We recommend the daily service lunch. I check out the lunch menus with photos posted on Instagram and go there for lunch about twice a month. It also comes with a free drink! The evening menu is also wonderful. For some reason, the rice balls are also delicious. Please definitely try it. The manager is tough but always smiling, and the staff are very personable, making me a fan of Bonten Shokudo.

::I had a seafood bowl for lunch. It's reasonably priced and includes free drinks. A large serving of rice is free. However, there were a lot of wakame and radish pieces in the bowl, so if you avoid that, it was a bit of a disappointing seafood bowl.
