  Called to make a reservation for next day’s lunch and the lady staff confirmed by receiving my information. However , when i called on the day to check the location of the restaurant, they suddenly said they are not opened for lunch , that the staff yesterday made a mistake, and are not able to accept my reservation . I went all the way to Karuizawa from Gunma for this restaurant and they said they made a mistake so casually. So unprofessional! Staff did not even try to contact me on my phone number to tell me of her mistake.

  This is my first time to Karuizawa for celebrating the birthday to my fiancé in 11/17, everything is amazing, it not only a meal, but also an artwork, thanks to the kindly and professional waitress, we are very enjoy the table service🥰🥰

  Last night we had a special dinner in Blessing Court Yukawatan and had an amazing experience. The food was exquisite, innovative and more important delicious. Every dish place on the table gives you a surprise. All the staff were very pleasant and caring. Luckily we had Mr. Matsubara who was especially helpful in explaining every dish and how it was made. The atmosphere was also great. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a French Japan fusion cuisine experience.
