  A cosy and friendly restaurant serving really decent lunch and dinner. Great seasonal produce and good value too. Service is still attentive and prompt, even everyone is busy at the kitchen. For dinner, just go for their 'Special Course' (which requires 2-day advance notice) and hopefully seated near their mini-garden.

  Set lucnh @ JPY2500. Good value for money. French food with many lovely choices and very well done. Been here a couple of times and will visit this place everytime I m in Kyoto

  Wonderful French restaurant in Kyoto. Just had my second visit. All the courses are excellent ... From the sea urchin appetizer to the waghu beef main dish to the desert.

  Very good French food, some dishes are traditional (e.g. beef cheek stewed in red wine, very tender and savoury) but others are contemporary and lighter, for example, grilled shrimp and octopus on couscous; and a dessert of granita. The chef is not afraid to "lighten" up traditional French cuisine using local seafood and vegetables. This is a very popular place for young Japanese couples, some celebrating a birthday, others an anniversary. I would come to this place again. There is a set menu and a la carte. Wine list is good and wines by the bottle are reasonably priced.
