::We enjoyed our Christmas dinner at Bistro Goto. It was our first time and was pleasantly surprised, the food was amazing. The chef was so kind to serve up a special menu for our 2 year old. She loved it so much! Bistro Goto is a hidden gem in our small town of Fukui.

::Since I was likely to arrive late, I searched for stores that were open until late, but the stores I was looking for closed one after the other earlier than I had planned, so I couldn't get into them. There wasn't a sign saying this shop was closed, so I called out to them, and although they were about to close, they noticed that I was freezing and wet from the rain and kindly let me in. The food was delicious, 3 appetizers came out, and the foie gras steamed egg custard at the end was just delicious. The fish dishes were voluminous and delicious, with two types of sea bass and Spanish mackerel.It warmed my mind and body, and I was moved by the fact that this was true hospitality. Maybe it was the effect of the white wine I drank on an empty stomach, or maybe it was just my age, but I was so moved that I couldn't stop crying, and I was so embarrassed that I paid the bill and went home without thanking them properly. It was very delicious. thank you very much. If I come to Fukui, I will eat there again!

::Dinner course for 4000 yen🍽 I was really full. It was so hard in the middle. 😂Both the duck and beef were tender and of good quality.🦆🐄Even the dessert and coffee were delicious.☕️🍮 I thought it might be a little slow for the drinks to come out, but the food was delicious so I didn't mind that much. The inside of the store was smaller than I expected, but it was a calm place to spend time ☺︎

::When I was staying at Dormy Inn Fukui, it was right in front of the hotel, so I popped in for dinner. Start with liver pate. It was delicious. As for the salad dressing, it was excellent. Regarding the chicken thigh confit, I felt like the sauce was too particular, and I prefer something simpler. As for the wine, I think it would be even better if the bottle was of higher quality. I was surprised that they used Herend tableware. *I love Herend. Overall, the food was delicious and the warm hospitality was impressive. This is a store I would like to visit again.
