  I always go to Billion Coffee because I like the warm customer service from the staff. The young female waiter at Apita Fukui Owada branch took great care of me from beginning to end. Thank you to all the store staff. The gateau chocolat I ordered that day was really rich. I thought it would be thin, but the quality is acceptable. It's my favorite place to relax and work.

  Although it doesn't sell straight coffee, it has a calm atmosphere. Depending on the time of day, there may be lines. Also, since it's located inside a shopping mall, there isn't much of a price tag. The staff's customer service is calm and doesn't make me feel bad.

  I was in a wheelchair, but he kindly showed me where to sit. I think the strawberry tiramisu could have been a little sweeter. After all, I ate warabi mochi ice cream. It was delicious.
