::I came to the restaurant for the first time with a friend, and the brown rice I had for lunch had the wrong amount of water, so the rice came out messy. I took one bite and left it. I was so shocked that I didn't take any photos of the food, so I'll post a photo of the receipt. I paid 1,650 yen without any discount. I will never go there again.

::Kouji Cafe Biotopos •••••••••••••••••• A cafe behind Tsukuno Station in Sakai! Lunch using koji at a slightly different restaurant A shop where you can get it ♡ ••• The inside of the store is very beautiful and stylish ♪♪ Lunch started at 11 o'clock so I didn't have time. Only drinks this time... Koji drink (Matcha) 605 yen It's a little sweet, but the handmade feeling is amazing! By the time I left the store at 10:55 Lunch was ready and everything looked delicious. I'll definitely try it next time

::Monthly lunch 1650 yen The menu when I visited was ・Brown rice ・Agedashi tofu with mushroom sauce ·Boiled pumpkin ・Colorful amazake pickles ·Miso soup with pork and vegetables All the dishes were delicious, but I was personally surprised by how delicious the pork soup was. However, if you look at the whole thing and ask if it's worth the 1,650 yen price, I get the impression that it's just barely worth it. I heard that they had called me several times for reservations on the same day, but they seemed to have basically declined. It might be crowded around 12:00. I don't like crowds, so I went there right after the store opened at 11am, but there was one customer in front of me and no other customers came after me, so if you don't want to wait, it might be best to go right after the store opens. Not really. It seemed like 2 to 4 people could probably just walk in without a reservation. Maybe it depends on the day. On the way home, I stopped by Amekaze-san and bought a few items, but they have a lot of interesting items, so I recommend stopping by on your way home. I'm still interested in Umakaze's products, so I'd like to visit them again as well.

::We had lunch at Koji Cafe BIOTOPOS near JR Tsukuno Station 😋😋😋 Lunch centered on Japanese food using koji served in a spacious restaurant with a calm atmosphere (*´˘`*)♡ The food and drinks do not use common sugar or soy sauce, but instead use salt koji, amazake, soy sauce koji, etc. made by the on-site Kojiya Amakaze♡ The rice is made with 100% organic brown rice, and the miso soup is made with rice miso and barley miso made by Koujiya Amekaze♡ By the way, there are two types of lunches: a monthly lunch and a brown rice lunch with egg topped with fluffy meringue. This month's monthly lunch is ☆Bamboo shoot hamburger (with cream sauce) ☆Root vegetable sesame sauce ☆Green pepper kinpira ☆Amakaze special miso soup ☆Pickles ☆Egg fried rice *Usually served with beans and rice For an additional 300 yen, you'll get egg-fried rice ((o(。>ωω

::nice cafe. This is a place where you can enjoy a healthy lunch using koji and miso from the koji shop Amakaze next door. There is a lunch that changes every month and a lunch of brown rice with egg. Good news for people who are allergic to eggs and milk! We have a corresponding cake set. I'll post a photo of the menu. You can also purchase delicious miso etc. from Amakaze next door.
