  Shinjuku ward's bicycle pound. Very new and clean facilities where the bicycles are protected from the rain. The staff is really friendly, they proposed me to remove old strings that I had let hanging down from my bicycle, and they discussed and joked about how they could cut my chain and how I can use it now with two padlocks. The place is adjacent to shinjuku garden, making it very calm and with a forest feeling.
