::We visited for lunch following the positive reviews. We loved the traditional decor of the restaurant's interior upon entry. We were sat in one of the individual rooms. We ordered the oyakodon set and the udon noodles (which were cooked on the spot) and really enjoyed the flavors. Do note, however, that the eggs on oyakodon are half-cooked (or less than that) as per the classic Japanese recipe and it took us a few bites to get familiar with the taste of it, but we were happy with our meal at the end. Both sets were accompanied by a small desert.

::This place is in Kagurazaka. Went there for lunch. Order the oyakodon set include homemade dessert. Oyakodon inside got rice at the bottom and chicken with fulffy and sweet eggs on top. The sauce is pour into the rice. Dessert and the oyakodon taste nice. Price are reasonable.

::Traditional beautiful restaurant in a nice traditional place. Great foood. The staff wears Kimono. I would be more happy if the staff are more “real Japanese caring”.

::Pretty good hearty oyako don in this quaint local neighborhood of kagaruzaka. Be sure to try their udon nabe too which is quite unique . The noodles are a lot fatter and thicker then the mass made ones I am familiar with. It’s usually walk in only during lunch time but as we had a big group we booked the private room. Good option to go to if you are traveling in a big group especially with kids.
