::I gave birth to my first child here last year, and I am truly grateful to the doctors and midwives for being so warm and thorough in their work, and for being able to immediately sense my anxiety and physical condition. It is true that it takes time to go to the outpatient clinic, but the doctor will examine you quickly and thoroughly. I would like to order her again if I have another baby.

::I visited a pediatric dermatologist with a referral letter. The teacher was very enthusiastic and nice, but I waited for 2 hours after my reservation time. I was asked to wait a little while by the nurse, but I ended up waiting for 2 hours. It can't be helped if it's your first time working there, but we were fools for trusting the words of veterans, but everyone should be careful. At the time of payment, the office staff is busy responding and speaks while looking at the computer. Everyone seems to think that is normal. I also confirmed that the child was paying at checkout, but due to a staff member's mistake, I was forced to pay. After checking with other administrative staff, I realized that it was a mistake on the hospital's part, but they gave me a refund without even apologizing. I think there are people like us who end up paying for our children's medical expenses at the time of billing, so I think it's better to be careful in the future.

::A child fell off a sofa and was referred to a pediatrician. It was later discovered that it was a misdiagnosis, but the child was admitted to the hospital on the same day with a fractured skull. After being hospitalized for a few days, the child was called to a separate room, where a person from the child consultation center appeared, and during that time the child was taken from the hospital room to a child care center. He was gone. He was accused of abuse that resulted in a fractured skull. 18 days until the suspicion of abuse is cleared. I can't see my children at all, and I can't tell them where they are. While taking time off from work, we had many interviews with child welfare counselors. In the end, the child care provider asked a specialist, who discovered that the crack was not a fracture, but a condition where the baby's head was sticking together. It was a pediatrician's misdiagnosis. More than a month has passed since then, but there has been no apology from Beppu Medical Center or the child welfare center. If there was no misdiagnosis of skull fracture, In the first place, my child didn't have to go to Beppu Medical Center crying and undergo various tests, spend over 70 hours on unnecessary intravenous drips that I had been trying to get, and spend 18 days away from his parents. When the child returned home, he did not smile for three days. Before he was taken away, he was babbling and chatting with me, but it wasn't until two weeks after I came back that he started talking to me again. We, as parents, suffered a great deal of psychological damage, and we had days when we couldn't sleep thinking about our children, who we didn't know when they would come home, and we developed a mild adaptation disorder. Since I can't breastfeed, my breast milk dries up, and I end up breastfeeding without being able to enjoy the last moments of breastfeeding my baby. Children grow so fast that I didn't see any periods of delay. I lost my hearing and developed Meniere's disease, which has not been cured. Do you understand the anger, sadness, and helplessness of being discharged from a hospital room without your child, carrying only your child's luggage and stroller, and paying only the cost of a private room, which cost tens of thousands of yen after being hospitalized for days on end? Even now, that moment is so shocking that I have flashbacks. pediatric teacher, I've never heard of someone falling on a sofa and suffering a skull fracture. Think of other possibilities, not parental abuse. The child had no other fractures, bruises, or bleeding in the brain, right? If you knew the doctor who requested the child support, wouldn't you be able to resolve your doubts by consulting with a doctor from another department at Beppu Medical Center? My pediatrician said it was the kind of crack you would get if you dropped it from 1 meter above. If the crack is caused by trauma, it can cause bleeding in the brain. The child had no intracerebral hemorrhage. However, it was determined that there was a suspicion of abuse. The pediatrician said that since it is a rare condition, there is no way the pediatrician could have made a mistake. Does Beppu Medical Center provide medical care that can't be helped even if it makes mistakes? If you were a pediatrician, wouldn't you have knowledge about babies' heads sticking together? I was very hurt because the nurses on the second floor of the south wing where I was hospitalized had also deceived me. ・I asked her to take a photo of me because I wanted to see the progress of the bump on her head. Was the photo taken to be shared with the child care center? There was no second shot. ・After the teacher explained the condition of the child, the head nurse took her to the hospital, whereupon a child care worker came out and said that the child had just been taken into care. I was wondering why she went to the trouble of being the head nurse, but it seems like she's deceiving her. ・The reason why I stayed in the hospital for so long even though I was admitted for an examination was to buy time because the child care center was not available on Saturdays and Sundays. ・When the child was taken to the child care center and left the hospital room, no one at the nurse's station looked at us. Did you really think that those of us who took turns staying with you every day were actually mistreating you? I thought the nurses in the ward were kind, but it turns out they were all there to hand over my child to the child care center. Even after the child returns home, child counselors continue to visit the child's home for up to six months. It doesn't end when the child comes home. Because of that misdiagnosis, we have not been able to return to our daily lives. I will no longer be visiting any department at Beppu Medical Center.

::This was my first visit with a letter of introduction. I checked in 30 minutes before my reservation time, but it took 40 minutes to finish. It's a limited amount procedure, but in my case, I had my My Number card linked to my health insurance card read into a small device at the reception desk, and I was able to complete the procedure after facial recognition. I found it very convenient.

::I was admitted to the hospital to give birth here. The doctors, midwives, and nurses were all so kind and helpful. The reception staff were also very friendly and made me very happy. Although the building is new, the cleaners kept it clean and I was able to spend a comfortable time until I was discharged from the hospital. thank you very much.
