::I had a job nearby, so I researched Musashino Udon beforehand and chose this restaurant to visit. Whether you like it or not, your expectations will rise. Entered the store at 13:18 on weekdays. Luckily, I managed to slip into the parking space in front of the store. Although the place was almost full, I went to the counter and ordered the meat udon for 930 yen, with the amount of noodles on the menu being 1.5 large balls (450g) + 120 yen. Immediately, a small bowl of tempura was served to me. Apparently this restaurant is called Kate Udon, so I looked up the difference between it and Musashino udon on my smartphone and waited for my udon. Arrived after a 24 minute wait. It must have been bad luck. It seems like it was served at the same time as a customer who came about 10 minutes later. Since work time was approaching, I finished the meal in 6 minutes. The udon noodles were quite chewy, and the sweetness of the pork and fried pork and the soup stock were delicious. There was a noodle factory next to the entrance, and the owner was making udon noodles.

::The customer service was cheerful and good, but the udon noodles were just average. I probably should have ordered something that had a better flavor of udon rather than a thick soup. The overall impression is that it only tastes like soup. I didn't feel that the special noodles were delicious or had a strong chewiness, which are the positive points that are unique to udon, and I had the impression that the noodles were rather soft and chewy. Above all, the cost performance is not good for udon, so it's hard to feel the value unless the taste catches up.

::Walked right in at opening on a Weekday, it was full by noon. Dip and curry udon were delightful. Not only do they have two high chairs for a little place, they have a child room! It is tatami style with carpet with toddler chairs and a baby futon. More than enough toys to keep my toddler busy before and after her food.

::Parking lot for home and store. You can park several cars. The Musashino udon is thick and strained. You can choose the amount of noodles and it is 300g. If you want to eat at Aeon's food court, definitely go here right in front of it. There are various menus. I was concerned that the BGM was a little loud.

::6 counter seats, 2 table seats ✖️ 1 for 3 or 4 people. There is a parking lot for about 8 cars. It seems to be a fairly popular restaurant, and there was a line of 5 or 6 people waiting just before noon on the weekend. However, after I finished eating, I realized that with this quality, it wouldn't be strange to have long lines at a restaurant. No, I don't like waiting in line. I ordered the meat tsuke udon (300g) and the big (lol) maitake tempura, and the tsure had the limited-edition rich sesame dipping sauce udon small (180g) and the three-vegetable tempura. Both were more delicious than I expected! Perfect for my taste. The udon noodles are not pure white but have a slightly brownish tinge, making them quite beautiful. Slightly thin. Tsurushiko has a unique texture. It's like ◯Kame-san, Hana◯-san, and regular country udon, divided by 3. Opinions may be divided as to whether this is half-baked or unique, but I like it. The dipping sauce for the meat udon has just the right amount of dried sardines and is delicious! It looks like they use pretty good dried sardines. There is no bitterness or harshness at all, and only the flavor of the dried sardines can be extracted. I also like that it contains fried tofu. I was a little worried because the meat was loose, but it didn't taste greasy, and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavorful soup with glutamic acid, inosinic acid, and aspartic acid. A diamond-shaped udon tail from under the colander? I'm kind of happy that it's coming out. It's also interesting that it comes with udon soup instead of soba soup. (Is this normal around here?) The ``Big Big Maitake Ten'' is really big, according to the store clerk! However, personally, I felt it was a normal serving size for two people, and I was able to finish it without any problems. The batter isn't too thick, so if you like maitake tempura, you won't have a problem with it. The rich sesame dipping sauce (with chicken breast and ham) is not so much rich as it is overdone, and is in the realm of Japanese cuisine. It is a well-thought-out dipping sauce that does not lose its elegance. You might be able to mix this with chili oil on the table to change the taste. The chili oil is quite delicious, probably because it's handmade, with the refreshing scent of sesame oil, the rich flavor, and the mud that collects at the bottom. You can also add a small amount to tempura. It's good that the spiciness is modest. A very delicious udon restaurant with a distinct personality that you won't find at chain restaurants. I would like to come here again. Thank you for the meal.
