  I have been using Hokuriku Bank for a long time. I happened to receive a transfer, and since I don't have an account at a national bank, I tried to transfer it from my transfer card on a holiday. When I checked the time, it was possible if the ATM was in operation, and even though it was a holiday night, the fee was normal. I was really surprised!! Hokuriku Bank accepts transfer cards until the evening. Extra fees on holidays I heard from a friend that Ichiritsu I learned for the first time that there was no such thing and decided to change banks.
