  The impression is that of ``simple town Chinese food.'' Stimulates nostalgia. I ordered a variety of side dishes, including fried rice, and all of them were voluminous and highly satisfying. The taste was good, so even though I was nervous when the food was lined up, I was able to finish it without any problems. My favorite is gyoza. I felt it had a lot of vegetables and less garlic. It reminded me of my mother's skill in seasoning Chinese food, and I really wanted to meet her. lol

  We found this place as it was the only one open in the area after 1.30 - and walking in felt like going back in time. Loved the interior and atmosphere, I had a hard time choosing between the shrimp tempura and the mapo tofu ramen, my partner got the Gyoza set. It comes out really quickly and it’s tasty honest food. Super cheap too so you may as well grab a little glass of beer while you’re there. I will remember it fondly.
