  Hokkoku Bank has poor service and becomes more and more inconvenient every year. I can't help but think that they have forgotten to put the customer first.

  The parking lot had a gate and was free for 30 minutes from 6:00 to 22:00. I thought there would be more ATMs because they had integrated 4 stores, but there are only 3 regular ATMs for each bankbook entry. There are a lot of chairs inside, and there are 5 reception areas at maximum. It is similar in scale to Daishoji, but Daishoji has more ATMs.
