  The morning buffet is legit. Granted, you'll have to get there early to grab a spot or make a reservation, and the buffet area is ridiculously narrow and easily gets congested. But for the price you pay, it's almost criminal. Come and get your fill of ham, sausages, and sliced meat. The veggies aren't that delicious, but you're not here for that anyways.

  Morning breakfast is a steal. All you can eat sliced ham breakfast buffet. Come early if you want to eat. Spots fill-up within minutes of opening.

  A small bar serving food inside Shinagawa station, accessible before leaving the JR ticket gates (look for it in the shopping centre, tucked away in a corner, as part of a small butcher's shop/ charcuterie). The meat options looked good, with a variety of hams, salami and sausages on offer both to accompany drinks or as part of a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Seating is limited, but you can order at your seat. The breakfast looks like good value, but do note that the beers here are expensive for the small size, and don't order a plate of salami to accompany your beer expecting a lot of it (even if the Japanese word for assortment "Moriawase" is used on the menu). Still, if you would like a decent slice of meat, this is a good place for a drink or two!

  Very affortable price for breakfast buffet, good taste but a bit salty on the ham. Suggest to visit there during the weekdays to avoid long queue. Limited amount of breadfast buffet seating per session. Every session starts at each hour's 0 minute from 8am to 10am
