  I wanted to open an account, so I went to this branch and was given a QR code and told to make an appointment at home and then come. It's true that that may be the rule for opening an account, but since I'm going out of my way, I wonder if they'll make a reservation on the spot...I definitely don't want to have an account with this bank if I don't have to. Don't expect good service from Yokohama Bank! ! !

  The clerk at Yokohama Bank was really bad. Even if you ask, they say they can't do it, so everyone should go into a big Yokohama Bank branch. It is better to avoid this branch.

  As it is a local bank, the building has a sense of history. It's easily accessible from both Kannai Station and Bashamichi Station, making it extremely convenient. I was very impressed by their friendly approach to small business owners.

  I've been to the counter on the second floor several times, and it's usually crowded around noon on weekdays, regardless of whether it's around payday. I think the turnover rate at the counter is not good even though there are so many people there. I don't want to go there if possible. The Isezakimachi branch, which is closer to Kannai Station, seems to have a faster response time, although the store is smaller.
