  Customer service is neither good nor bad. It's a procedure that has to be done after returning to Okinawa, so I won't be able to go home for a while, which is a hassle. I wanted him to look ahead and give me advice on why I should do something, but he said, ``I can't do that here, sorry.'' So I had no choice but to find out for myself. I think I'll cancel my contract with a local bank because it's difficult to use in Tokyo.

  How does an AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE,,, (ATM) close at lunch. What does LUNCH have to do with an ATM not working !!?????

  The short hours are a little frustrating, but the staff helped me with an ATM transfer and were also helpful in closing my account.

  When I tried to use the ATM at exactly 12 o'clock, a female bank employee gave me a disgusted look and said, ``We're on break now.'' In the end it was not available. There is an unexpected ATM lunch break. I think people who want to use the Tokyo branch generally come during their lunch break. . . Customer service is also unfriendly and at the lowest level.
