  The room is quite old, cleanliness is acceptable, it's spacious, very comfortable and great city view. All amenities are provided. Nice onsen, sauna and also there is skin & hair care bar in onsen which I like. Front staffs are the on their best service I have nothing to complain about. Thanks for your top knot services. What I'm scared is road to the hotel, it's very steep and a bit narrow. Please drive drive safely!

  Honestly, I want to give this place more stars. However, the management has not kept up with the property. This means wallpaper is coming off in the hallway. Our room has a bunch of stains. The food is "ok" at the kaiseki meals. The view from the hotel was beautiful, you can see all of Nagasaki.

  Staff was extremely friendly and accomdating. Room is a nice old style ryokan and the dinner/ breakfast were fairly good. Has a beautiful view of Nagasaki during the day time and night time.

  We stayed at the hotel last October this year, although the hotel is not really new, what I loved in this hotel is that all the staff are really nice, up to the restaurant staff. And another thing is my mom got dizzy inside the public hot spring and without a doubt a young woman in the front desk helped us and did what a frontdesk staff won’t do when I was in my own country. I really appreciate her help and as I can remember her name is (Aikawa). The room is really big, Japanese style room, and of course the view at night is really amazing. I love the way they serve and design the foods and yes it’s good even my kids loved it. So I will rate this hotel 5star. Thanks again to the staff.

  This is really a wonderful hotel. But Google Map makes a mistake. It's impossible for you to walk to the hotel from Nagasaki station within 15 minutes unless you can fly. There are thousands of steps between the hotel and the station. Don't ever try to get to the hotel by yourself without a car --- advice from a poor girl who lift her luggage climbing the mountain for an hour. JUST WAIT FOR THE SHUTTLE BUS IF YOU DONT DRIVE BY YOURSELF. 駅から歩いて15しかかからない？冗談じゃないよ。 山の上にある、一時間くらいかかる。階段ばかり！！！ シャトルバスを待てるの方がいいと思う。 不要尝试自己爬上千级台阶，不要相信谷歌那样只花十五分钟。班车只有一小时一班还是值得等。来自一个花了一小时扛着行李爬山的旅客的辛酸独白。
