  Thank you for your help at the ticket center, but the service from the office was the worst. I had to stand there waiting for a long time, and I couldn't even say ``Sorry for keeping you waiting.'' Previously, I had another person handle my problem, but that person also didn't seem to know how to use honorific language. And even though it was a clumsiness on your part for not giving me an explanation in advance, could you please do more of this afterwards? and a reverse gire. I will continue to use this service in the future, so I hope they will improve the service.
