  Ushiwaka overcharged us and was very menacing with their attitude in terms of our appeal to get our refund. The Rippongi police was very helpful and professional in resolving this matter for us, especially when we had limited level of Japanese.

  Lost a passport and got it back the day after. Very friendly staff that try their best to help you out

  Stayed here a few months, facilities need work but room service was always on time and the wake up call was never late 😂😂😂
