Stayed one night at the hotel. Amazing service and amazing food. Very friendly staff and served us with a smile. Gift shop is amazing with lots of items to take home, served by a young gentleman name Tom who was very helpful. So many activities to do around the area and amazing beach. Would love to visit again. Transport system they have arranged is amazing. Highly recommended to stay at this place

Family of 12 persons, having dinner at a big room around 7:00pm. Food and environment are ok, however, a room besides is a Karaoke, another group of people singing very loud, that makes the dining environment becomes undesirable.

We told them that our check in time is late at 7 and requested to have dinner service at 8, this was what they serve for sashimi. Horrific. We used to love this place and stayed multiple times but not anymore. Their meal quality declined too much.

Marvellous onsen - but very, very Japanese. Without my wife explaining and translating I am sure I would have left early after some form of self inflicted embarrassing situation. If you can get through the language, the choice of rooms is immense and we opted for a mix of western beds and futons on a tatami mat (guess who needed the bed). We also had our own mini onsen bath overlooking the ocean and it was heavenly. The food was exquisite and we caught 15 small fish at the hotel fishing dock. If you manage to catch a snapper they will cook it for you for dinner. The staff are very friendly - not in that forced fixed smile way, but genuinely nice people. This was our third visit and I know it won't be our last.
