  I needed some money today so I went to this bank to withdraw money, but everyone who came later finished and went home first, so I was kept waiting for too long, so when I asked about it, they asked if they could serve me first. The woman was gone and was left alone. I was treated coldly and told that if I wanted to withdraw money from my current bankbook, I would normally cancel it.I thought the bank staff was right and canceled the account, but the woman who explained it to me later told me that. It didn't seem like anything was going on, and I later realized that maybe they thought it was useless because I was withdrawing the money, or maybe they gave me a proper explanation. I needed money so I withdrew it, but I wanted to put it in again, but it would be a hassle to open an account again, so I'm thinking about whether or not I should save money at this bank in the future. However, the two women apologized so much that I felt sorry for them.
