  First of all, it's difficult to park, and there is a lot of traffic, so I have to move around a lot until there is space. I went through the formalities with my parents, but I had to wait a long time and was treated with hugs instead of what I wanted to hear.   I asked the staff at the counter when they would be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays, but I was told that they would be closed until the 4th during the New Year holidays, and I thought they would be open from the 5th, so I was unable to exchange change at work. I probably should have checked the calendar and looked at the days of the week, but it would be no good if the employee at the counter told me a lie. I realized it in the evening, so I couldn't do anything about it and was really worried. I still can't exchange money on Saturday and Sunday, so I'm really in trouble. What would it be like to have an employee with no sense of responsibility deal with customers at the counter? That's the worst. You're not qualified to handle money. Awa Bank is the enemy of businessmen. I want sloppy employees to quit.
