  This was my first time going to the new store. Well, it takes time. I went for a simple procedure, but it took less than 5 minutes at the Tamiya branch, but I had to wait over 30 minutes. While I was waiting, the receptionist was accepting the next customer. Because I'm working hard to sell to that person, my documents, which have already been inspected, are postponed until later. I waited for it to end someday, but I was disappointed that it never ended. Because there is a screen between them and the people at the back, the employees at the back can't see the counter and can't communicate with each other, and I think that's how it feels to customers who don't have any special needs. There's only one store in Aizumi, so the other stores are far away, but I'm thinking of going somewhere else. The service is clearly down.

The abusive language is just a joke...then that's half of it lol I never dreamed that a branch manager would respond like that lol. I heard from an acquaintance that Awa Bank is now recommending such financial products, so be careful! I was told that it was exactly that financial product lol I've heard that a lot of things happened in the past due to quarrels with businessmen, so I guess that's the way the company has always been. I posted this because I recently saw a shocking news story about a share house incident, but since it's a bank, you can trust it and feel safe, right? Banks are good moneylenders lol. I'm glad I got to see the face behind the scenes of the branch manager.

  The parking lot can accommodate about 10 cars in total, making it easy to use. There are also 3 ATMs, so I think it will go smoothly.
