  When I was consulting on a mortgage loan, I was unhappy with the unreliable newcomer who was not yet able to stand on his own and the counselor (an older boss) who looked down on me and spoke in a condescending manner. Maybe it's because he works for an affiliated subsidiary, but he may not be able to provide basic customer service like a bank teller. What kind of thing would it be like for someone like a loan consultant to criticize a customer's properties? I felt like I was in charge of a mistake.
