  From October 2021, the counter will be closed from 11:30 to 12:30 noon. Banks also have lunch breaks these days. That's not a problem, but when I wanted to check when the counter was open, I was bothered by the fact that I couldn't find it right away from the official website. The person at the counter I dealt with was very nice and helpful in a variety of ways.
