::My son (10 months) developed a fever during Golden Week, so I contacted #8000 and was introduced to this company. I was embarrassed and panicked because it was my first time having a high fever, but I was relieved by the kind response from the nurses and doctors who answered the phone. I was really glad that I was introduced to this hospital because the medical questionnaire was compatible with the app and they helped me when I was having a hard time, they spoke kind words to my son, and they even talked to me when it came time to get tested for the virus. . My husband and I are grateful that the prescribed suppositories calmed me down. Although the reviews are very low, the pediatric department has been very helpful. thank you very much!

::I don't want to give this hospital even a single star. My grandfather took care of me, but my family doctor told me that he had pneumonia, so he referred me to the hospital and I went there the next day. By that day, I was unable to move at all because it was hard to breathe even in a wheelchair. During the waiting time, I was moved to a bed and laid down, finally calming down a bit. However, the doctor is adamant that there is no problem with the data. Even when my mother said, ``If I continue like this, I'm going to die!'', the doctor said, ``If my condition worsens, please call an ambulance.'' They even said they wouldn't even give me antibiotics. I asked him to go back to his family doctor and see the doctor and get medicine. That's really not possible. That night, as expected, things suddenly changed. He was taken by ambulance and rushed to a medical clinic. Stayed in the hospital. After that, only antibiotics were started, and only oxygen was given without respiratory management. By noon the next day, his condition had worsened, and even though his mother had told him over the phone, ``Please give us life-prolonging treatment until he can be intubated,'' she left him alone. The doctor I returned to during my noon visit the day before was my attending doctor. The general internal medicine doctor playfully told me, ``We can't treat you unless you see the state of suffering you're in.'' I am even more distrustful because I am working in the same environment. That is not it. Even though I asked for a full course, they didn't even give me bipup. No steroids were administered. From then on, a respiratory physician finally intervened. It's really slow to respond. Also, for people who have trouble even breathing, I would say, ``Please check what cancer treatment is currently being done.'' That's really not possible. I asked to change my doctor, but there was no one else I could change. I have been transferred to another hospital and have now been properly examined by a respiratory specialist, but to my surprise! Even though I was transferred to the hospital, the data from my hospitalization was not sent! ! When I was transferred to the hospital, I immediately had an X-ray and CT scan, which showed that I still had pneumonia and had fluid buildup. Treatment was started immediately. Even in that condition, the medical association ignored it. There's no food available. only. He was supposed to be a data-loving doctor, but the only data he had was blood sample data. I really don't recommend this place for people who want to take a hard look and help their families. I hope more people don't feel this way...

::I have no complaints about the doctors who examined me. However, the attitude of the woman in charge of answering the phone after hours is very bad. Is it normal for patients at this hospital to respond to you with an idiotic response, saying, ``So...? What are you trying to say, haha?'' even if you explain your symptoms? ? They do not understand the basic premise that patients are calling because they are in pain or anxious.

::I was examined yesterday and was diagnosed with coronavirus. Please contact the emergency department at 7:00 and come by 9:00! Wait in your car! My fever has been over 39 degrees for the past 36 hours! Nothing for 30 minutes! I got numb and called! They said you can come in! You completely forgot! The system is too bad!

::I had a polyp test done on August 8th. I was very worried and received a letter of introduction and went to the hospital, but I will not give up and will look for another place next time. There are not many countries in the world where you can choose your medical care. I am truly grateful to our predecessors who built the medical system in Japan. The female staff member (office staff) who was unpleasant three years ago was now working in an even more disgusting manner. When I entered the operating room after a long bowel cleansing session, the female staff member (administrator) who was not supposed to be there was chatting with the doctor in a vulgar manner (the atmosphere was so bad, I thought I should get off the operating table and go home). I had no choice but to put up with it and undergo surgery. Is it to reduce the patient's sense of shame? The lights were supposed to be dimmed, but they turned on brightly (lol) During the operation, the only nurse who was there gently told me to feel free to fart if I felt like farting, so I did (it came out more than I expected). After a little while, the female staff member (administrator) said, "Would you like to stop?" "Are you going to come out on your own?" and "⚪︎⚪︎Please close the door." ” and so on (lol) There are three people in the operating room: a doctor, a nurse, and a female staff member (administrator). Near the end of the surgery, a nurse who hadn't been there before came and took care of me, and it ended with me feeling excited. Regarding the polyp examination, I continued to appoint a doctor in charge of the examination whom I trusted (who was of outstanding quality), but as expected, I was defeated by the practical staff (lol) Lastly, to all the medical staff working at Asakura Medical Association. With ambition and sincerity, we work hard for our patients. I think there are many people working there. However, I think that the proportion of patients in your medical association is considerably higher than that of other hospitals. The level of perfection in medical care should be determined by the team. If there is one person who thinks that way, it will definitely spread to the team. When I first took care of you 15 years ago, I didn't have such an image. Many of you seemed to be working thinking, "I moved here from Minagi, so I have to do my best." Indeed, when I told them that I had gone to the Asakura Medical Association, there were several people in the area who were concerned, wondering if it was okay. I think Kaika is putting confidence first in her work. The more people who say, ``I just have to be good,'' the more difficult it will be for families, organizations, and countries to survive. The level of perfection in medical care is also determined by the team. It's long, but that's it.
