  There is no parking lot, so if you are driving, I think it would be easier to use the post office that is diagonally across from Miyawaki Bookstore. There is one ATM at the entrance/exit, and I'm careful when someone is using it, so I wait outside. I mainly only use ATMs, but the two times I went to the counter, the staff were very courteous.

  Asahikawa Toko Shijo Post Office [97203] (Asahi Kawato Koyojo Yubinkyoku) It is a small post office located quietly in a residential area in the Toko district. There is a community center (resident center) across the street.
