  As everyone has written, the attitude of the reception staff is bad. I didn't understand, so I asked, but they all didn't smile and acted like they were bothering me. There will be tough times, but I hope you don't show it in your attitude. I also work in customer service, so I have to brace myself again.

  A review from a few years ago that had a lot of likes. It was deleted though~~~~~~ A lot of inconvenient reviews have been deleted (lol) The lady with the slicked-up hair at the reception desk I get irritated because of your bad attitude✋ Is it okay to have frizzy hair at the post office? Shouldn't you tie your hair up? ✋

  Though I am a foreigner who does not speak much Japanese, everyone in the staff was very kind, helpful and patience with me. They even tried to help us using translating apps. I am truly thankful for their service.

  There was no problem with the staff's response. The problem is more with the cars parked on the road in front of the entrance. It's a nuisance!

  If you go right before the deadline, you will be rejected. In the past, I went for less than 5 minutes and was turned away several times. It's just barely, but... I'm also making this in my spare time between work. It seems better to go at least 10 minutes early. Rather, I feel like I'm being turned down unless I finish the formalities by 4pm. I would like to be notified in the store. Insurance inquiries are kind, but others are much less friendly than others. Rather than that, it's scary💦
