  Telephone support is too bad. I had something to do at the counter so I called. I called the counter, but they said they couldn't do it now. I was refused, and my husband and I both work and can't take time off, so unless someone takes care of that, I won't be able to make a withdrawal. I don't really understand why I get rejected when I call during office hours.

  I once got angry because the delivery time was over 4 hours late even though I had specified the delivery time as 4pm. Since I was not home, I requested redelivery online. Delivered much later than the specified time, unable to keep time😡💢💢💢💢💢💢

  This is a great local post office! (lol) Japan's standard postman always delivers the goods no matter how hot or cold it is, whether it's raining or snowing! I really appreciate it (sweat) I learned that there are countries overseas that don't even have the delivery networks and systems that we take for granted, and I learned from my friends in Indonesia that Japan is truly an amazing country. (sweat) I learned that what is normal is really scary! Thank you very much to the delivery person! Please be careful when driving a motorcycle or car!   This is a relatively large post office in this area. The parking lot is a little narrow, but it can accommodate a fair number of cars.

  Redelivery requests for Yu-Pack shipping are accepted until 5:00 pm, and even after that, I have to go to Arita Post Office to pick it up, which is frustrating due to poor service😠💢
