::I went because of insomnia and depression. At my first visit, I chose what I wanted from counseling, medical certificate creation, and medical treatment, and since I wanted sleeping pills first, I chose medical treatment. They gave me medicine, but even when I talked to them about my concerns, they kept telling me that they couldn't do anything, which was painful. If I could do things like, ``I feel anxious, I don't think about those things,'' I wouldn't be worried enough to go to the hospital. That's the way I deal with it, so after the first visit, I just get the medicine and don't talk about my concerns. If you want both medicine and counseling, I think you should consider looking elsewhere.

::At Aragaki Hospital, some of the staff members are kind and have maternal love, and the psychologists, attending physicians, and their respective teachers have all studied psychology and psychiatry, so they care for patients in a way that doesn't hurt them. Well, it depends on each doctor, but I think it's admirable that they have the support to help patients heal! Each doctor has their own personality, so my doctor is kind! In the past, many of the staff at Aragaki Hospital were supportive and helpful in healing patients, but I feel like things have changed a bit now. The older ones were better than the younger ones today. I want all of our staff members to have a healing and hard-working spirit! The staff of psychologists have the support to heal and work hard. Some of the staff and my teachers also have the support to heal me!

::I've been going here for a couple years, at least I was until I realized I was wasting my time. I was going there for anxiety and depression, although my " doctor" - and I'm using that term lightly, misdiagnosed me every chance he got. The doctor I was seeing is, apparently, the only psychiatrist on the island ( which I've come to learn is not factual) who sees foreigners - because he speaks English. ....at least that is what is advertised. If this doctor speaks English, then I'm playing shortstop for the NY Mets. I'm not a medical professional, and this is just my humble opinion, but if a patient comes to see you and says that they are thinking about jumping off a bridge.....you might want to take that to heart. I told this quack once in one of our meetings that I didn't want to be here anymore. ....his reply? " None of us do " If your thinking about hurting yourself and ending it all, DO NOT GO HERE...... you'll be better off - you might actually live. The staff is very kind, and my doctor's counterparts are professional.....but this guy, my doctor, shouldn't be working at a second rate shoe factory.
