::What a F joke. I made it right across the street at 8:59 pm and saw few jerks on the door not allowing anyone to go in. By the time I could cross and make it to the door was 9:01 pm and I said I just wanted to buy 1 item and I don’t even need to enter the store, I can just give them my card and they charge and bring me my item. To what the dikhead answer “so sorry, registers closed now” if they close exactly at 9, why do you still have customers inside, even coming out with apple bags. If you don’t want to work for Apple then ur a$$ should get fired for pitiful service.

::Unexpected trip here when my Mac died on the plane to Tokyo. Jammed on Sunday at 5PM and about a 15 minute wait to be helped. Staff was very efficient and very helpful as I bought a new Mac. Their English was more than sufficient to understand and complete my order

::An update: 2/2018 Made an appointment weeks ago to replace my iPhone 6 plus battery. Came in only to be told they have none and it will take 1 or 2 months to get a new one for me into the store. I couldn't have been told this by email? I had to come into to get this information? And because it's Apple's fault I have a slower running phone I have to wait perhaps two months!? Yeah, way to go richest company in the world! Over 3 days to replace the RAM in my year and a half old MacBook, which I have to pay for. This is after the HD died in less than a year. You'd think knowing this they'd do a quicker job of servicing my device.

::Great service. The staff were amazing and some of them can speak English but many still have language barriers so I still had to communicate using Google Translate. It also has a tax free thing here so you can buy items tax free. I bought an Apple Watch Nylon Band here and the staff serving me was really friendly and helpful. He even reminded me to get the 42mm instead as my watch was 42 but i took the 38. Really big and awesome store with nice people.
