::Very happy with the team. English speaking and efficient. Big thank you to a lady called Ch** for her exemplary attitude and really helping us out big time. The store had all the latest Apples to offer!

::Multi-lingual staff and good service. If you can choose between Ginza or Omote Sando, go to Ginza.

::Lots and lots of people! But staff is fantastic. Ben Johnson and Paul Nicholas are really great. So nice to have English speaking help.

::Unexpected trip here when my Mac died on the plane to Tokyo. Jammed on Sunday at 5PM and about a 15 minute wait to be helped. Staff was very efficient and very helpful as I bought a new Mac. Their English was more than sufficient to understand and complete my order

::An update: 2/2018 Made an appointment weeks ago to replace my iPhone 6 plus battery. Came in only to be told they have none and it will take 1 or 2 months to get a new one for me into the store. I couldn't have been told this by email? I had to come into to get this information? And because it's Apple's fault I have a slower running phone I have to wait perhaps two months!? Yeah, way to go richest company in the world! Over 3 days to replace the RAM in my year and a half old MacBook, which I have to pay for. This is after the HD died in less than a year. You'd think knowing this they'd do a quicker job of servicing my device.
