  I just wanna let you guys know that people there are really nice and kind. I bought this Mac book air, but I had no idea how to set it up. Then, a male staff did everything. Also, he taught me how to use it and everything. I’ve been using this for a month now, it works really great. Thank you!

  The most vile, disgusting experience I've ever had in an Apple store in my life. I was having an issue with my phone and regrettably the geniuses at the store has used everything at their disposal to not help. I had to call Apple support on the phone to set up a repair because these people are too lazy to go to work. And this place is rotten from the top up with a Caucasian manager coming out with threatening language that they will not be doing any repairs. In short, if you want to experience to worst of Apple has to offer or the most horrible shopping experience you can have in Japan, this is it.

  The worst! Avoid this Apple Store at all cost!!! I had 2 extremely bad experiences there when I bought my iPhone 6 and when my iPhone 7 had some problems after the last IOS update.

  Foreign language staff are sometimes available. Very crowded always. Staff always seems to be trying to get rid of you as quickly as possible to fix your main problem, and move onto the next costumer, even if you have more questions or need something else.
