::Super friendly staff, rooms are quite dated, but fresh towels everyday and loads of amenities. Location is nice, but a 10+ minute walk to the metro station!

::I first booked at Apa Tokyo-Ojima in January of 2024 as a “test run” for when my family visited. Admittedly that trip was slightly uncomfortable as I am from Hokkaido and the heaters being full blast in the hotel without an option to lower temp was rough. BUT the staff quickly moved me to a room where the window could open and all my problems were solved. My family trip went very well and the staff remembered me and put me in a room again that window could open. I have stayed here now a number of times about 7 or more and can’t complain. While the rooms are older the staff is amazing. There are two stations on either ends of the road about a 10 min walk in either direction. There are many food options within walking distance as well as an Italian inspired restaurant in the lobby. If you have a car parking is also available in front front (2 stalls) and back (about 4 stalls). The hotel has a flat rate rate for parking but it only should be purchased if your bill is over ¥1700. Laundry is available on 2nd floor. The room size for this Apa is larger due to the fact it was another hotel prior. It’s definitely not fancy but honestly more than enough to meet your requirements for a peaceful stay in Tokyo.

::Excellent budget hotel in a good location (a 6-min walk from the nearest station) and professional services. The room was great, just that it is the original and not the renovated or renewed version of the chain.

::Average business hotel. The windows in the rooms do not open, and sometimes smoke can be smelled in the non-smoking rooms from the smoking rooms. The air con/fan was very loud. As others have commented, the bathrooms are quite moldy because they aren't sealed properly. So choose somewhere else if you're allergic to mold. Despite this, it was very clean. For long-term stays, they clean once every three days, unless you ask for more. On the days they don't clean, they place amenity bags on your door.... These piled up very quickly and felt quite wasteful. The elevator is old, and broke down a couple of times, so we had to use the stairs. There's a water pot, glasses, and small fridge in the rooms. A microwave is provided on the first floor. Conveniently located one block from Sarue Park and about a ten minute walk from the sumiyoshi station (exit A4).

::Stayed a couple of nights before leaving for home. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and nice enough. Pretty good location. Close to a lovely park. Not too far from a train station and in between the airport and other attractions.
