::Cheap, clean, free public bath. Parking available, but not free. About 10 minutes walk to Shinagawa station. Convenience store around the corner.

::My room in the hotel was smaller than expected but for the price, can't complain. The breakfast was decent too. I would definitely use this hotel on my next budget friendly trip to Japan.

::This is the strangest room service in the world. They took away the only pen in the room right after first night. The toilet smells even with 24hr fan turned on. And I joined their Eco program for 7 nights and got 3 Eco coupons instead of 6, at least. Other than that their public bath is great. They're close to a train station. Everything is small, from the room to the lobby.

::Rooms are of adequate size for a guy like me at 5'11". The rooms are relatively clean save for some dust build up at some corners but nothing too bad if you've an allergy to such things. Has a good number of elevators means you're hardly ever needing to wait for one. Ground floor has a dining area, and around the corner you'd find a 24/7 restaurant and a grocer. It's location is it's best selling point as it's right on top of a Subway and corner location of main Street should you need a taxi. Rooms are well priced, would definitely recommend for those who need a place to stay at value with easy access to parts of Tokyo area via Subway/commute.

::Rooms are a bit small but the service is great. They have tubs in their bathroom for that warmth dip on a long day. Breakfast is provided with stay and has a varied selection of continental and local dishes. Each room has an aircon and air purifier so it doesn't get stuffy inside. Make sure you leave your bathroom door closed when using the shower, the steam may set off the fire alarm.
