::The location is good but nothing much more than that. The rooms are really small and not very functional. Although I booked the twin room for more space, it was really tight, more than the usual on standard hotels in Japan. The bathroom it is a death trap. Stepping out of the bathroom, it self can bring you to the hospital. It is a high step out of the bathroom and into the sleeping room. There are not enough power plugs and not enough space at all for any luggage. The only luggage stand is placed strategically in front of the fridge, and when used, it blocks access to the rest of the room. It is a true joke of design and planning. Staff is professionally polite, but the trainee serving us did not speak any english at all. Other staff did speak english, but I wonder how someone can start a career in hotel hospitality without a basic command of the most common travelers language. She is a very capable person - improvising and adapting - but it would be useful to improve foreign language skills. The breakfast was a disaster. Poor selection, no staff to greet and guide. The food was of below par quality and variety. Car park was charged 1400¥ on top and was handled separately. No comment about ! The location is good, and a 5 minutes walk away there are huge options of entertainment. Food, life music, and elevating opportunities of the physis in any possible thinkable way. Enjoy responsibly!

::Was going to give this place an average score, however after spotting this book in the room I decided to give it a read. This is one of the most disturbing books I have read, the author (who owns the APA Hotel chain) basically denies the holocaust, and all of the rather famous terrible things Japan did during WWII. Have your own political views for sure, but don't start spreading seeds of hate via placing these in every one of your thousands of rooms. Pretty shocked tbh and will not be supporting these guys in the future.

::The concierges are very patient and sweet, they also are able to communicate with English speakers. The room I received was very clean and came with plenty of amenities. It was my first time booking a hotel in Japan, of course knowing Japanese is more than helpful in these situations, but the staff knew enough English to guide me and my husband through the process. At first my credit card got declined over and over again even though I had just used it at the train station to purchase a ticket. The staff was very polite and very patient with us through during the whole process. We were eventually able to get everything sorted out and my husband and I were able to pay for our room. Would stay here again.

::Pretty standard Japanese business hotel. Cozy clean rooms, nice staff, in a central part of town. A lot of check-in/check-out stuff is done through a kiosk so you can get by without much Japanese language. Enjoy!
