  Terrible Air conditioning in the room, we set 16 degree for whole night and the temperature was still 27.4 degree. They changed the room for us in the mid night 4am but the new room had the same problem, the cold air doesn't really go inside to the sleeping area. They provided the default quilt which was really thick I guess it's for winter instead of summer. It was quite hard to breathe when there wasn't any air inside the room, can't open the window and maybe they can provide a fan? Their staff couldn't speak English when I told them the problem. It was really terrifying. I am strongly not recommend to live in this hotel when it is a Summer time especially when the weather is 35 degree in japan. That's all

  Good hotel, good quality of foods and material.. they have good nice strong coffee too! only roon bit too small. But still recommend if. Don't mind room small.

  Expensive hotel for a business hotel. There is not much variety on the breakfast.
