  The staff's customer service was excellent.Even our reservation error was handled smoothly and helpfully.Water and tea are available at the front desk.It takes about 5 minutes to walk to a supermarket, so we were able to buy drinks and snacks.The hair dryer in the room was easy to use.In my opinion, the air conditioning in the room and the smell of the toilets and elevator on the first floor bothered me, but the staff was very helpful, so I give it 5 stars.

  Extra room service fee which was an extra 6,000 yen, regardless if you wanted room service or not. This information was also not disclosed - so it felt like a bit of a scam. I have been to numerous other APA hotels and this is the only one that had done this. I will definitely not be returning and do not reccomend any else to come.

  This hotel is good for a short stay. Room is good, bed is confortable and there are enough amenities. Breakfast is minimum, but good. Parking lot is avaiable and costs 500yen. Helpful staff.

  Price is cheap, the location is ok and parking is also free so it's ok for driving car to here. But the room is a bit small for 2 persons. It should be ok if stay here only 1 guest. The toilet doesn't have warm up so while using it quite cold and toilet's room is also small. Room is not cozy to stay most suit for 1 person and not suit for whom has a lot of belonging.
