::The only thing was worst was the bed. I am big rating with bed issues. I notice 3 short hairs after I pull the blankets off the bed. My son and I don’t have that short hairs. Also looking close at my bed sheet I notice black dust around the bed sheet. In addition, This is the only hotel don’t give me another sheets with my blanket. I felt unease because I know this blanket cover don’t change often if it wasn’t dirty. It’s late and too tired. Got a early flights. More over can’t find much food selection around the area. Been walking for 1 hours to search for food. End up eating Coco curry. What a headache. Update- the air condition was the worst. The AC wind kept blowing on my head. Try to adjust it for a while but nothing work. If I leave the AC off it be too hot. Have trouble sleeping the whole night. Can’t believe they design the AC like this. Not staying in this APA hotel.

::Located near Korean district in Shinjuku. Great location. The room was clean, organized, and had a minimalistic layout. It was a small room, but I loved it for its efficiency. The receptionists were very nice and helpful and made checking in very easy.

::We spent 8 nights here, over New Year vacation. Booked it as it was advertised as disability facilities. This seemed to just be the bathroom on the ground floor, because our rooms definitely weren't disability friendly. Regular Japanese size, which means small. The bed was pushed against the wall, so both people had to get on and off from the same side. Add a suitcase and two cabin bags and it was a little difficult to get around. We also had a person using a wheelie walker and fitting that in the room caused difficulty accessing the bathroom/entrance. Only one elevator and the stairs are on the outside of the building. Using the lift between 930-11 is challenging. We ended up having to take the elevator up and come back down, after passing on 3 lifts because they were full of people with suitcases checking out. If you are only going for a night or two, with no mobility issues, then it may be suitable but it didn't meet our needs.
