::As a reference for employment, It seems like you have a lot of time off, but you can basically only use your paid leave for a minimum of 5 days. There is no such thing as a paid request. There are 2-3 power harassment bosses in each ward. Some new employees quit due to depression within six months. There is a level system, and there are no notifications for the required training, so if you forget to apply, you will not be able to participate even if you go and will not be able to renew for the year. Hope this helps.

::Thank you for your help when I contracted coronavirus pneumonia. Everyone was kinder than I expected. Receptionists are general receptionists and departmental receptionists. He was very kind and the nurses were also kind. The doctor seemed scary at first, but his explanations were thorough and I was surprised that he took the time I thought the examination would only take a few minutes. The hospital itself has low ceilings and is undeniably old. Thanks to you, I'm on the road to recovery. thank you very much.

::Since this was my only option, I decided to bring a letter of introduction. I went there at 8:30 a.m. and finished before 3 p.m. Isn't that too much of a wait? What did you pre-order for? 🤔 If you had told me to wait, I could have eaten lunch ⬆ No matter how long you wait, I think 6 and a half hours is too much. I've learned that when it comes to hospitality at my place, if you make someone wait for 5 minutes, it will lead to a complaint. 🤔

::Thank you for your help during my hospitalization. All the nurses were friendly and kind, so I felt comfortable talking to them about it. (It may vary depending on the department) I had a doctor who came from Hirosaki University perform the surgery, so I didn't have much anxiety about the surgery itself, but the local doctor was a little unsure. There was no explanation before and after the surgery. Doctors are hit or miss. The number one problem is temperature control inside the hospital. He was hospitalized in June. It was a sunny and hot day, but it was so hot that my hands were sweating just lying in bed. Even the elderly people in my room complained about how hot it was. I don't know if it's to cut costs, but I can't believe that hospital facilities aren't able to manage their air conditioning. Relocating the hospital may be important, but please assign someone who can manage the air conditioning.

::I have an acquaintance who was hospitalized for about a week, but I haven't heard much good news about him. Even though the hospital was in Category 5, there was a case of coronavirus infection in the hospital, and the first infected person was kept in isolation in a room without any special disinfection. Because of this, the room was large, and people in the same room moved around, causing an increase in nosocomial infections. He grumbled that the number of patients being discharged from hospital will likely increase until the coronavirus is cured. People who are hospitalized due to illness but don't want to get coronavirus may be better off staying at another hospital.
