  Customer service is not good. Poor response, no flexibility. I only follow the manual... Poor location and difficult to use. Actually, I don't want to enter this store's parking lot because it's hard to get out. I only use ATMs for emergencies.

  I am always impressed by how responsive this post office is. I've used the counter about 3 or 4 times, and each time they've been very kind, and they've never followed a manual, and they've always been very customer-oriented. There were many elderly people, and they felt nostalgic for the station staff. LOL Please keep up the good work.

  It's convenient to be able to pay cashless. In order to have it arrive within the prefecture the next day, it is best to post it by 4pm on the same day.

  A middle-aged man stays in his car even after finishing his business in the parking lot with only three spaces in front. This disappears as soon as you enter the store. It's really too slow to act. Perhaps because he is a civil servant, the receptionist speaks from above. Unpleasant. I guess they can't explain it in an easy-to-understand way, but it's very different from Yamato's center reception. Most of the people there were nice and helped me put it back in. I used it because I had to go home ASAP, but it was stressful. I will never go here again. I have never seen a post office with only elderly customers.

  The traffic on the facing road is low, making it easy to get your car in and out of the parking lot, and the parking slots are both wide and deep, making it convenient. ATM hours are 9:00-17:30 on weekdays, 9:00-12:30 on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays and holidays.
