  過不足なし 少々狭い空間もあるが、ベンチが全てリクライニングだったりと良心的。オーナーさん(もしくはスタッフさん)もトレーニングされてる方なんだろうなと察しがつきます。

  Joke of a gym. Went here a couple months back. Couldn't drop weights lightly or when I was maxing weights, I couldn't even give a tiny huff and a tiny scream without the owner coming to speak to me. This isn't a gym. This is just a variation of planet fitness. I would not recommend this place. Total joke of a gym.

  Very well equipped for a 24-hr gym. Has one power rack with a platform, one normal power rack, and one smith machine. Although I am mostly a free-weights guy, the machine section also looks good. I always go in the un-staffed morning times, but the gym is surprisingly well equipped for being a 24 hour gym. For the price you pay, it doesn't get much better. 10/10 would recommend.
