::A delicious cake shop that is a favorite at my parents' home. This time I ordered the gender reveal cake. It's still a new culture, so I was worried what would happen if it didn't get across, but I was relieved when they said, "We'll accept! We've made it many times, so it's okay." For the decoration, I asked for a standard shortcake with two fruits placed on the left and right, and I also specified the color of the cream inside and asked for a message plate to be placed on it. However, I thought he would do well, so I basically left it to him. Since I live far away and was preparing a surprise for my family back home, all orders were completed over the phone. I couldn't confirm what kind of cake it turned out until I received a photo from my family on the day. I'm really happy with how beautiful and delicious it turned out! (It was delicious. My family said that the fruit and cake went well together!) As expected, this is a cake shop that represents Matsusaka. I will continue to buy from you. thank you very much.

::I had heard rumors about it, so this was my first visit as a family. You can see the pastry chefs making the food at the counter. My wife and I ordered a melon shaved ice, and my daughter ordered a peach parfait. It comes with melon syrup, so if the taste changes or the ice melts and makes it thin, add more. The cream cheese in the back? It was really delicious! I go to eat shaved ice at other stores, but the shaved ice here was made by the pastry chef right in front of me, so it was top class and delicious. I also had the peach parfait, which was also delicious! The quantity is also good and I will be repeating it again.

::Since it was my birthday, I had a delicious cake at a cafe. When I visited a few years ago, they had a soufflƩ cheesecake, but it seems like they no longer have it, which is a shame. This time, I ordered fresh shortcake, Baumkuchen, and pudding, and added a tart from the cake shop. The fresh shortcake had plenty of melon, and the cream was light and easy to eat without being too heavy. The Baumkuchen went perfectly with the cream in the middle. The pudding is a combination of traditional hard pudding and bittersweet caramel, making it a recommended item for hard pudding lovers. I ordered the tart thinking it would be refreshing with lots of fruit, but there was a lot of cream inside the fruit, so it wasn't what I expected. At the cafe, we were seated in a 2-person seat, but we were grateful that they took into consideration our large number of orders and moved us to a 4-person seat. As a side note, when I was looking at the cakes in the store, I was surprised to find that there were insects in the Mont Blanc in the showcase. I informed the staff and had the cake removed, but I think it would have been a problem if someone had purchased it without noticing. Since it is food, please check before displaying it in the showcase. That was a bit disappointing.

::Very picturesque cafe with a little turret. The best thing about it is definitely the decoration. Dining and takeout area is separate. I took a look at the prices for tea and it was a little expensive š I bought an apple pie slice and ate it at their outdoor area instead.
