There are some parts of the facility that feel outdated, but I think it is a hospital that is close to its patients. There are a lot of wonderful people working here, so if we are always conscious of creating an environment in which our workers can work comfortably, I think that this will connect with our patients and make our hospital even more rooted in the community.
