::2024/07 (Sunday) Make a reservation and visit I always get turned down for same-day reservations, so I made an online reservation the day before. There were several people who were using the private room for a family gathering. At peak time, 80% of the tables were occupied, and it seemed like almost everyone was ordering a course meal. This time we also had a course, but next time I'd like to try various things a la carte (◔‿◔) The taste is gentle on the stomach. Might be good to bring children. If you like spicy food, go to ANA Holiday Kanazawa's Houou. The response from the male floor staff was very nice.

::We had a course meal. Dinner at Hotel Chuka on a special occasion. After all, Shaoxing wine is used in Chinese cuisine. We had a nice and relaxing time.

::I reserved a course meal for lunch, but the portion was small😅It was delicious, so next time I would like to share a single item. When I was checking out, I was admiring the dragon 🐉 next to the cash register, and I was surprised to hear that it was handmade from Styrofoam! ️It was worth seeing 🎶 I wonder if there will be creative decorations for each dish⁉️ At night---I'm looking forward to it 🫣

::Hotel Chinese✨ Since it's a hotel, lunch isn't super cheap, but everything is so delicious😍♥ The pear lunch is a choice of four main dishes, and I often choose the aburinji set meal (deep-fried chicken with aburin sauce). (The menu is decided every other week, such as the week of Tofu Lingji Set Meal and the week of Mapo Tofu. The menu is in the last photo.) Comes with unlimited soup, rice, zha cai, salad, main dish, and almond tofu for dessert! This soup and zha cai are so delicious that I always ask for a second helping... All the staff are very pleasant, and I'm sure you'll become a regular here due to the taste and service.

::We enjoyed our dinner, food was tasty and the service was fine. More vegetarian options would be a good addition. Overall, a very good experience.
