Very very old and bad hotel! Old beds, tiny and sad bathroom... Price level is unjustified! Doesn't deserve the 4* it has! Run away from this hotel! To the management! You need to invest and refit your sad hotel To the intercontinental group, you should remove your franchise to that place that it's a stain on your brand image! Update: Appreciated you changed my room for a newly renovated one, but it was after my third demand/complain and after writting this review! Not a nice feeling to feel begging for something that should be normal in an Intercon hotel. I came here 20 months ago, already complained about the old room already received the same answer about the renovation ongoing and the full capacity, I ended up staying in an old room at the time! How long do you need to complete the hotel refit? Slash your capacity for few months and speed up the renovation! Don't make your customers pay for your stingy, slow refit strategy or discount your old rooms! To a better note, the new room is very comfortable, bright, modern, nice bathroom. You could have better sound proof the window or the black out curtain as the traffic noise is still quite loud despite being on the 21st floor. Also, I was surprised, it is not fitted with one multi standard power socket... you have to ask for an adaptor to the front desk if you don't come with a Japanese plug.

I really like this hotel, having stayed here about a dozen times in the last year alone for work. It's easily accessible from the JR and MRT lines. The reception area is expansive and beautifully decorated. Staff here is always attentive, English speaking and very kind. The rooms have recently been updated and compared to many other hotels in Japan, these rooms and the beds are large! There's a couch and table sitting area and I love the dedicated space for my suitcase and the closet to hang my clothes. Per the Japanese standard, rooms come with robes, room slippers, shoe polish buffer, small refrigerator and hot water kettle with tea and coffee fixings. Alongside the kettle you'll find complimentary water bottles, an amenity I'm always very grateful for after a long flight. The bathroom is also stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, even a hair comb, shower cap, cotton swabs and q-tips, shaving kit, nail file and small sewing kit. My favorite feature - the heated toilet! Yes, these are also standard in Japan, but it will forever be my most adored amenity. The newly remodeled rooms also have a portable speaker and USB-C charging cable for use. There are outlets along either side of the bed and USB charging ports that make connecting multiple devices a breeze. I really appreciate the layout of their rooms - they're spacious and smartly-designed, minimizing any tracking of debris from your shoes or luggage. The restaurant in the lobby has beautiful windows that allow you people watch, while also providing the food quality that you would expect of a Japanese establishment. Admittedly, I've only eaten here for their breakfast buffet, which includes both Asian and Western/ European offerings. Everything is delicious. The bar is fully stocked. Just off to the other side of the reception area is a divine little coffee and confectionary shop, as well as a few other small boutiques. There is also an ATM conveniently located to the right of the reception desk. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores within a block of the hotel. Depending on your Tokyo plans, the location is a bit to be desired, but Tokyo is very large. Overall a wonderful place to stay where the staff is sure to make you feel welcomed.

Everything has been amazing, the house keeping staff are incredible, our room has been made everyday in the time we’ve had our breakfast which is only half an hour. Great location too. My only complaint is that the bed is uncomfortable and hard but I understand that our room is one of the rooms yet to be refurbished. Otherwise it’s been a great stay and would definitely stay here again. 😁

I was a bit disappointed when checked in to the hotel. I was a Diamond Elite member in December 2023 and booked my hotel in November itself. I stayed at the hotel in March 2024 and was told my membership status was changed to Platinum Elite which did not give me the privilege of the lounge access or upgrade whatsoever to other floors. The hotel has 30 over floors and I was offered only a room at level 10 despite mentioning this request way in advance for a higher floors. Manager just explained all their rooms are fully booked and this was the only room available. Totally disappointed!! Room was a bit old and is probably time needs refurbishment. Didn’t feel much of 5 star service at all. Although I must say the breakfast is impressive with lots selection of food available to choose from. Overall, I would say the food restaurant quality for breakfast were exceptional, rooms and services could be improved for loyal customers on this.

My fiancé and I stayed here for our very first trip to Japan. Our stay was exceptional. The club lounge access was worth every penny. If you value having great breakfast every morning, this hotel is a great choice. The staff were very pleasant and most of them spoke English. The hotel is centrally located within Tokyo so it’s a good option if you want to explore a different area each day. Pros: * Amazing breakfast buffet with wide range of options (Japanese and western) * Friendly and English-speaking staff * Great service * Cleanliness * Centrally located * Currency exchange and ATM in lobby * Many restaurants and shops within the hotel * Nice views of the city Cons * Lots of options for room service at any hour of the day, but the quality of the food is not great (could be just the late night menu though) If we ever come back to Tokyo, we’ll definitely be back here!
