::The location is amazing. Close to Omicho-ichiba, dept-store, restos and cafes. The service is 9/10. Crew members are warm, kind, polite and sincere smiles. Complimentary fast check-in is very helpful and kind. The room view is amazing, looking into snowy mountains. The complimentary tea and coffe are rich flavour. some toilet hygeen items are not available, you have to inquire them personally to front desk. I think, better ready them at the toilet, I think it only cost a little.

::We stayed at the Holiday Inn Kanazawa the night of the recent earthquake, after we were unable to get to our planned accommodation. The staff were excellent, very helpful and accommodating at such short notice given the circumstances. One staff member in particular helped me carry my luggage up 13 levels as the lift was not working. They took excellent care of us, we felt very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again under regular circumstances!

::ANA Metropolitan was our 2nd favourite stay this trip to Japan. It's our 5 time to Japan and really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great, breakfast was great and our room was very comfortable. Located right next to the Kanazawa train station it is very easy to get to. We certainly would stay here again.

::I stayed at Holiday Inn Kanazawa Sky for two nights as a solo female traveller from England. I enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel was a little hard to find (it's joined onto a shopping mall). The lobby is actually on floor 16, which was a bit confusing but the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had a twin room, which felt a little on the dated side. It was also very hot and didn't have AC. I asked the staff about this and they quickly sent a fan to my room, which was kind of them. The room was very clean though. Breakfast was good but felt a little formal. It was a bit too quiet but the food was tasty and fresh. The staff helped me send on my luggage to my next hotel. Overall, a good stay but the room was a bit dated.

::Attentive and courteous staff members. Close proximity to touristy spots. Nice breakfast with a view. The room was too warm, with little control for sleeping comforts. The toilet seat was too cramped.
