::I visited on Monday around 13:00. Soba is delicious in Fukui Prefecture. It's going to be fun. 1 group of customers in the store This restaurant was selected as one of Tabelog's 100 Famous Soba Restaurants in 2024. If you're in Tokyo, a competitive area for soba, you'll want this quality. There will be no shortage of customers during lunch time. Of course Fukui's soul food Order a standard serving of Echizen oroshi soba Tsuyu, grated daikon radish, and bonito flakes go very well with the hirauchi. Echizen Oroshi Soba is a cold soba dish eaten in Fukui Prefecture that is topped with plenty of grated daikon radish, shaved bonito flakes, and chopped green onions. ::Echizen grated soba. There seems to be a similar affiliated store in the station, but it's so crowded that I don't feel like going there, but you can easily enter here. It's not far from the station, so if you want to eat Echizen soba, I think this is the place to go. The spiciness of the grated daikon radish is quite strong, so it has a very stimulating taste. Your tastes may differ, but I like it. Only grated soba and mackerel sushi are on the menu. If it's late, the mackerel sushi will be sold out. The beer is Ebisu.

::I had a really good value soba set here! All of this for ¥1000!!! The customer service is great, the staff are very attentive and obviously the food is fantastic too. Highly recommend for anybody who wants to try Fukui’s famous soba. I cannot say for certain whether or not there is an English menu, but the Japanese menu has pictures of every single dish and there are model dishes on display outside the restaurant as well. Highly recommend!
