Food was okay, service was weird but possibly par for the course for Japan and we're simply unaware. Everything was ordered through the QR code, including assistance from wait staff.

Drinks were very good! Food was a little style over substance but still good. Atmosphere and service were amazing! Worth stopping for.

Really wanted to love this place but was here for almost 3 hours. We spent about an hour eating the full course meal so most of the time spent here was waiting for the food to come out. We were in a section where if felt closed off and didnt really get to experience the themed restaurant. Staff was very friendly and most of the food was good; both the alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were delicious!

Food is mediocre. There is an entrance fee / table charge of 550 yen. Also if it’s your birthday and you want to get a “happy birthday” message on the cake, it is another 550 yen. The store tried their best to ask customer to pay extra money $$ through every little detail. If you don’t mind paying for the extra & hidden fee. I think it’s a good restaurant. But honestly, I wouldn’t come again…

Really enjoyed this place! There is a 500 yen entrance fee, however, which seems a little cheeky. Something extra to justify this fee, other than the mere aesthetic of the place, would be nice. Perhaps some interactive activities, like painting the roses red. I don't know, but given it's Alice in Wonderland there is a cornucopia of potential for fun stuff. The venue itself is beautiful, though not as large as I expected. Be sure to book in order to get the best table, especially if you are going as a couple. The food was pretty good, especially the dessert. Pricier than most places in Japan but still not expensive when compared to what I'm used to back home in Australia. All in all, a wonderful experience!
