  They are very popular as souvenirs for family and relatives from outside the prefecture. For example, chicken and vegetable miso, dried and loosened ones (it was said to be delicious when made into ochazuke), grated yam kelp made into a board for hand-rolled sushi, kurumafu, shibafune koide in the sweets corner, beaver, etc. Apparently it was delicious. If you want something raw, I recommend the foamy wheat gluten or mugwort. It's delicious when you cut the raw gluten into 1cm pieces, fry them in oil, and eat them with yuzu miso! The vegetables and fish are also fresh❗
